Do not let phrases like I am overweight, I fail to lose weight, I will not succeed in my diet come out of your mouth as these fail statements will tell your subconscious thought processes that you cannot succeed.

It is sometimes difficult at first for your mind to accept some of your self-motivational statements. You have to keep repeating them all the time and before long they will become a truth. If you lose positivity take a dep breath and revert to your positive statement of intents that motivate you to achieve weight loss.

If each day you take a few minutes to motivate yourself you will see that all that you do to achieve weight loss becomes easier. Stick with it, I guarantee it is worth it and you will begin to be happier about yourself every day.
