When we started these workouts, we became conscious of our self talk.  If you are regularly making use of affirmations but are continuing to convey yourself with a lot of negativity and frustration you will not achieve results.  With practice, your favorable ideas and self talk will expand and connect to other positive thoughts.  You will soon be saying, “I am a great person. Many things are now going my way and people are expressing to me like never before.”

6.    Take action. Support your affirmations with actions. In fact, many people believe the most important part of affirmations is preparing you to take action. As you go along with the constructive energy, gain understanding on what you need, enhance your believability, get rid of your level of resistance, you will be able to take action that is in-line with your new energy and knowledge. 

As you include these steps to your program, you can start to experience the transformation instantly. You’ll feel happier about yourself and your situations.  These sensations will show you that you’re on the way.
